I work for a Part 135 Operator that doesn’t yet have authority to use iPads in the cockpit. I’m therefore going back to the old school method. The paper booklets from NOS are clumsy and fragile. They are also not organized in a format I prefer and they contain pages for airports we don’t fly to. With these vinyl protectors, I’m able to print out just the plates I need and organize them in a binder for easy retrieval. I can clip them to the yoke for easy stress free reference as well. All in all, an excellent way to go back to paper products either as a primary reference or a back up to your iPad.
