Shipping Information

Fallon Pilot Shop ships to most addresses within the United States and internationally where available. For domestic orders, we offer reliable shipping options through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout.

We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses through USPS so service members and government personnel can receive their orders wherever they are stationed.

For international customers, Fallon Pilot Shop currently ships internationally through eBay International Shipping. International customers may purchase eligible products through our eBay store to use this service.

Most orders ship the same business day. Please allow up to 24 hours, or until the next available business day, for order processing. Ground orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will ship the next available business day. Express orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will also ship the next available business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and service selected.

In-Store Pickup

Fallon Pilot Shop offers in-store pickup Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays.

In-stock items are typically ready for pickup within one hour of purchase. All pickup orders will be available at our retail shop located at:

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.

Orders not picked up within 72 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays, may be considered abandoned. If this occurs, the order will be refunded, minus any applicable fees, and the item will be returned to stock.

If in-store pickup is selected and the customer is unable to pick up the order, the order may be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Free Ground Shipping

Fallon Pilot Shop is glad to offer free ground shipping to the continental United States on eligible orders over $150 before sales tax, as long as the total order weight is under 40 pounds.

Free shipping excludes certain brands and product categories, including but not limited to:

  • Aviation oil

  • Bose products

  • Lightspeed products

  • David Clark products

  • Brightline products

  • Flyboys products

  • Garmin products

  • Flight Outfitters products

Exclusions are subject to change without notice. Fallon Pilot Shop reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for free ground shipping. If there are any issues or changes with your order’s shipping eligibility, we will notify you by email.

Promotion Exclusions

Due to certain manufacturer and vendor agreements, some items are excluded from promotions, discounts, and special offers unless specifically stated otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

At Fallon Pilot Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, does not meet your needs, or is defective, you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

If the item is defective or was shipped in error, Fallon Pilot Shop will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact us directly to begin a return, refund, or exchange. Refunds and replacements will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Returns are processed on the next available business day after the item is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking or confirmation will be provided once available. Please allow up to 3 weeks, depending on shipping and processing times, for refunds, replacements, or exchanged items to be fully completed. Additional shipping charges may apply for replacement items.

A&P Item Returns

A&P items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. Restocking fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.

A full refund will be honored if the part was shipped incorrectly or is found to be defective. This policy applies only to new items and does not apply to any item sold as a “Core Only Item.”

If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, pictures of the shipping box, packaging, and item may be required to avoid a restocking fee.

Fallon Pilot Shop reserves the right to uphold a restocking fee if, upon inspection, the item is determined to have been used, installed, or otherwise not returned in its original condition.

Once the item has been inspected, any approved refund will be issued according to our standard refund policy.

Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For domestic customers, we offer reliable shipping services through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We also proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS, ensuring that service members and government personnel can receive their orders wherever they are stationed. For our international customers, we ship exclusively through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. You can find and purchase our products through our eBay store to take advantage of this service.

In Store Pickup

Fallon Pilot Shop now offers in store pickup Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM, excluding holidays. All in stock items at time of purchase will be available in one hour for in store pickup. Orders not picked up within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of order confirmation will be considered abandoned. The customer will be refunded, minus any applicable fees, and the item will be returned to stock. If an order is selected as in store pickup and the customer is unable to pick up, it can be shipped at the customer’s expense. All items will be ready for pick up at our retail shop located at 1401 General Aviation Dr in Melbourne, FL. Please have order confirmation and ID ready when picking up.

All exchanges and refunds will be processed on the most current business day (excluding weekends and holidays) the original item is received. Tracking and/or confirmation will be sent once available. Please allow up to 3 weeks (subject to delivery) for all funds and/or items to be received and fully processed. Additional shipping charges may apply for replacement items.
